Players Membership Registration Forms are now available online and can be accessed by clicking on the related document on the right. The forms are also available by clicking the Governance button at the top of the page. Once the new page is loaded, click the membership button on the left hand side.
There separate membership forms for adult and youth players so take care in making sure you complete the correct form.
Along with the membership form, available to download is a document giving guidance notes to help players better understand the scheme.
