The development plan (see related documents) is monitored at Jersey Football Combination Junior Section Committee monthly meetings and updated on a quarterly basis.
The plan highlights key objectives which include:
– working towards achieving minimum operating standards; – developing better players and investing in the football workforce; – raising standards and addressing poor behaviour within the league and its member Clubs; – encouraging Clubs to gain FA Charter Standard status and signing up to the RESPECT programme.
