Two Jersey representative squads have been announced today ahead of cup matches in the UK over the next week, both in Lancing against sides from the Sussex FA.

Chad Morris and Fiona MacKinnon-Fox have picked a 16-strong women's squad for the Southern Counties Cup Competition group game.

Goalkeepers Sara Luce and Amy Tierney, who travelled to the Island Games tournament in Ynys Mon in the summer, are both included again, while Chichester City's Holly Muirhead and Yeovil Town's Megan Wood will join up with the team for the game on Wednesday (6th November).

It is the side's first competitive fixture since winning bronze in Ynys Mon.

Meanwhile, Paul Renton has also named a group of 16, as the island's U18s prepare to take on Sussex FA on Sunday (10th November) in a South East Youth Championship match.

The game comes hot on the heels of the U18s 2-0 win over Cornwall in the FA County Youth Cup last month.
