Jersey squad named for clash with Amateur Football Combination

Martin Cassidy announces his picks ahead of FA Inter-League Cup second round tie.

Jersey boss Martin Cassidy has named a strong squad for the upcoming FA Inter-League Cup second-round tie against Amateur Football Combination.

Players from six Jacksons Premiership clubs have been included for the fixture at Sutton United on Saturday 16th November (5.30pm kick off).

The winners will earn a spot in the quarter-finals. The eventual overall competition winners go on to represent England in the Uefa Regions' Cup, as Jersey did back in 2013 when they travelled to San Marino to proudly wear the Three Lions.

Cassidy's side overcame the Somerset County League 7-0 at Springfield in the first round in September.
