Jersey FA Link Asset Services Centre of Excellence

"The Transition Phase"

The Transition Phase is a important stage of the Jersey FA Link Asset Services Centre of Excellence development programme. Players are introduced to the Centres' philosophy through a coaching programme achieving our Team Targets and learning the ‘Jersey FA way’ and ‘How we Play’ from 9-a-side through to the 11 aside game.

A measure of our success is the way we present and conduct ourselves. We ensure all involved with the programme adhere to our “10 Golden Rules” off the pitch as well as on it.
