Jersey FA Change4Football Committee Supported by the Football Futures Programme
The Jersey FA Change4Football Committee was created to provide the young people of Jersey a voice in football and improving the representation of the youth at Board level. The Change4Football Committee gives young people the opportunity to make a positive contribution to football within Jersey and provides an inclusive and supportive environment for members to develop their skills, knowledge, confidence and creative thinking.
There are approximately 1,500 young people playing in football in Jersey, the Change4Football Committee ensures they have a voice at the highest levels of the game. Young people are the future of our game; our future players and our future workforce. Therefore, it’s vital we engage and retain them in the game from an early age to secure the future of football.
