All of the Mentors are trained to support new Referees develop their skills and abilities. Through advisement the Mentors will highlight areas to develop and highlight established strengths. This will be relayed verbally to the Referee at halftime and after the match, and in writing at a later date. The after match contact also allows for the Referee to raise any concerns that they may have, so that they can go into their next match with confidence.
