Jersey FA Link Asset Services CoE welcome Chelsea FC Academy Coaches

This evening the Jersey FA Link Centre of Excellence u11s, u12’s, u13’s, u14’s, u15s and u16s will benefit from the knowledge and experience of Chelsea FC’s Academy’s Coaches who will be visiting the island for the second consecutive year.

Last year Chelsea FC Academy Head of Integration Recruitment, Chis Robinson told us;  “We [Chelsea FC] have been impressed by the Centre of Excellence programme you run and the facilities you have, it is a credit to the Island.”

Jersey FA Head of Football Development Brian Oliver said; “This is the second year Chelsea FC Academy staff have visited us and we are very pleased to be able to host them once again.

Brian added; “We have a number of partnerships with Category 1 Academies in England including Fulham FC, Liverpool FC, and Southampton FC who support our games programme and provide opportunities for players with identified talent and potential the opportunity to experience an elite player development environment. 

"We look forward to continue to develop our programme to compliment the good work being done by our affiliated Clubs and Schools.”
