2020 Grassroots Football Awards - Nominations Open
The nomination window for the 2020 McDonald’s Grassroots Football Awards is now OPEN!
The FA and McDonald’s Grassroots Football Awards are for people who make a positive difference. It’s our way to celebrate the fantastic individuals who put their heart and soul into the grassroots game – and say a huge thank you to the incredible volunteers who inspire us all.
Volunteers have really weathered the storm this season. With the long periods of heavy rain and now the coronavirus pandemic, it’s more important than ever to recognise and thank them for their hard work and dedication in a challenging time.
The awards recognise and reward the people and clubs that deliver grassroots football. Awards are split into categories, and the Jersey FA (along with County FAs across England) select local winners in the relevant categories. These form a shortlist for The FA’s national winners, selected by a national judging panel.
Make sure you tell us who makes a difference to your football community and nominate them by the 18 May 2020.
