Jersey FA Link Asset Services Player Development Centre (Girls)
"Creating a culture both on and off the pitch"
The Jersey FA Player Development Centre Girls Programme (PDC) provides a player pathway for girls with identified talent and potential.
We deliver a programme for U12s, U14s and U16s within weekly/monthly sessions to support our players development as individuals and as a team.
This is done by having values and beliefs that we follow to create a culture on and off the pitch. This culture that we create is followed by all involved in the programme and aims to give us pride when representing Jersey.
Our overall aim is to support all players within the programme to progress into the Jersey FA Women’s League as well as represent the Jersey FA Senior Women’s team and gain more opportunities off island.

The PDC WAY
Friendship - We aim to be open and honest with each other and help build positive relationships which can be seen and supported on and off the pitch
Team Work - We aim to support and provide opportunities for all to have ownership of their learning. Players and coaches work together to sustain and grow the programme. Everyone has a part to play!
Challenging - We aim to challenge ourselves at every opportunity to improve and learn individually and through others to help reach our potential
Passionate - We are proud to be part of a player and coach development programme which provides the opportunity to represent Jersey on and off the island
